In the creative community, he regularly volunteers his time to networks and organizations. At theturnlab, he architects and delivers full-stack solutions for clients like Yamaha, IBM, Peavey Mart, and National Bank. Kit is proficient in C#, PHP, WordPress, Kentico, and DNN, and is now leading AI integration projects using ChatGPT and Llama Index for content automation and knowledge systems. With a deep understanding of both business goals and technical complexity, Kit bridges the gap between innovation and execution, driving scalable, future-ready results.

Adam Zolis brings over 20 years of marketing and communications experience to his role at theturnlab, where he crafts strategic insights and messaging that resonate across multiple disciplines. Adam has worked with national, international and start-up brands, helping them navigate their complex marketing challenges. His extensive experience in both the profit and the non-profit sectors, including his tenure as a board member of Thrive Youth Development Canada and current involvement with the Craigleith Cares Foundation, strengthens his ability to guide organizations toward impactful, purpose-driven outcomes.

Steven Aronovitch is a seasoned media strategist with almost 30 years of experience in navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape. As a co-founder of theturnlab, Steven has led campaigns for major brands in CPG, Automotive, Retail and Not-for-Profit sectors. He has worked extensively with clients like the Trans Canada Trail, Mattamy Homes Canada and Yamaha Motor Sports, focusing on strategies that engage audiences as well as negotiating valuable savings, ensuring their media spend goes further. Steven’s approach is rooted in collaboration, believing that the best results come from working with a team of diverse, agile professionals.

Since joining theturnlab, she has successfully managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects for Yamaha, Brother Canada, Mattamy Homes Canada, and Trans Canada Trail. A certified PMP, Popitha combines precision, calm, and a solutions-first approach. She’s known for driving alignment across teams, adapting to evolving priorities, and consistently delivering work that’s on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations, earning the trust of both clients and colleagues alike.

Howard Chang founded theturnlab in 2018 to create a new kind of agency at the intersection of marketing, culture, and technology. A lifelong entrepreneur with multiple successful ventures (and one early failure that shaped his business philosophy), Howard has built companies across industries including retail, tech, and advertising. He approaches every challenge by “falling in love with the problem”—a mindset that has shaped his success and that he now instills in others through his roles as an angel investor, advisor, and entrepreneur-in-residence at theturnlab.
