Redefining the motor sports category through user experience


Yamaha Motor Canada, a leading brand in the motor sports category, hired us for a multi-year web design and development project. The task: Transform their online and ecommerce experience for consumers looking for motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, sport boats, WaveRunners, power equipment and parts & accessories.


We conducted an extensive research phase that involved building customer personas and journey mapping. Leveraging those findings, we completed a UX/UI design that integrated a multitude of technology and finance systems, with the goal of creating a fluid digital and ecommerce ecosystem behind the new user experience.
