Yamaha Motor Canada needed a complete website rebuild on a new CMS platform, one that could seamlessly integrate with Kibo, their powerful but underutilized order management system (OMS). Beyond integration, the site also had to accommodate multiple third-party tools, including ecommerce, finance, and CRM systems.
Through research and UX analysis, we identified significant ecommerce growth opportunities, provided we could solve for platform interoperability. We discovered Kibo also offered a newer ecommerce platform that could tightly integrate with their OMS. However, it lacked the flexibility Yamaha required. Our team embedded at Kibo’s headquarters in Austin, working side-by-side with their engineers for two weeks to deeply understand and customize the platform. This collaboration empowered us to deliver a fully tailored experience that aligned with Yamaha’s brand, business needs, and user expectations.
The custom solution launched successfully and exceeded performance benchmarks. Yamaha gained a scalable, integrated platform that improved ecommerce operations and user experience.
